
Scheduler

A leading infrastructure and heavy civil construction organization is seeking an experienced Scheduler to lead project controls scheduling efforts across large-scale and mega projects. This is a high-impact role responsible for driving scheduling strategy, managing a team of schedulers, and supporting project execution from bid phase through completion.

Key Responsibilities
Lead development of bid schedules and execution strategies
Partner with estimating teams to optimize sequencing and logistics
Oversee development of detailed baseline schedules for major projects
Ensure schedules are properly resource- and cost-loaded
Monitor weekly schedule updates and monthly reporting
Support revenue tracking through schedule-based billings
Support time impact analysis (TIA), delay analysis, and recovery planning
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
2-10 years of experience in project controls / scheduling within heavy civil construction
Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 (required)
Leadership experience managing or mentoring scheduling teams
Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools is a plus
