Warehouse Associate
is responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders. They should be knowledgeable in our products, policies, and procedures. This is a cross functional role that will require collaboration with the Fulfillment supervisor and the Inventory supervisor.
Essential Functions
Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (Pick, pack, wrap, label, ship)
Receive and process warehouse stock & products (unload, label, store)
Perform inventory control tasks, cycle counts.
Perform and follow quality control standards.
Comply all with procedures, rules and regulations.
Communicates professionally and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
Keep a clean and safe working environment.
Any other duties assigned by management.
Education & Experience Requirements
High school diploma
1+ years of warehouse experience
Knowledge & Skill Requirements
Familiarity with modern warehouse practices and methods
Experience with WMS and ERP Systems (FedEx Manager, Ship Station)
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to lift heavy objects
Strong knowledge of company policy, goals and standards.
Ability to assume responsibility & exercise good judgment when making decisions within the scope of the position.
Ability to perform the job safely & with respect for others, for property, & for individual safety.
