Valbridge Property Advisors | Nashville is seeking Certified General appraisers with varying experience levels for commercial appraisal positions in our Nashville, TN office. We are expanding our staff of MAI‑designated and Certified General appraisers. Variety of opportunities available. Our office conducts appraisals in and around the Nashville MSA. Our appraisers provide professional commercial real estate appraisal services for various real estate sectors including office, retail, industrial, multi‑family, vacant land, and special use properties. Wide mix of clients and potential job assignments.

Certified General Real Estate Appraisal License(s) – MAI candidate or member preferred for senior positions
Four‑year college degree, preferably with emphasis or major in real estate, finance or business
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
Excellent report‑writing skills
