Recruiter – Financial Services (Boston, MA - Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates for a Recruiter position with a well-established financial services organization in Boston, MA. This individual will be embedded within the Talent Acquisition team and will take ownership of end-to-end hiring across multiple business units. The role carries a focus on volume and entry-level recruiting, including active participation in campus and community‑based hiring events. The right candidate will have a proven background in full‑cycle recruitment, strong sourcing instincts, and hands‑on experience managing applicant tracking systems (ATS). The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in financial services.
This is a 6-month contract position paying between $27-30/hour. The role supports a hybrid work model in Boston, MA.
Responsibilities
Handle recruiting administration duties tied to full‑cycle hiring efforts, ensuring data accuracy and compliance at every stage.
Develop and sustain a talent pipeline for positions across multiple levels, with a primary emphasis on entry‑level and high‑volume hiring.
Drive internal mobility efforts by managing recruiting campaigns for designated roles and levels within the organization.
Represent the organization at college campuses and community hiring events to attract entry‑level talent.
Keep the applicant tracking system updated and accurate in line with EEO requirements and data integrity standards.
Contribute actively to Talent Acquisition initiatives and broader HR programs, championing best practices across the team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1-3 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in financial services (in‑house or agency)
Experience supporting campus and community recruiting events
Proven ability to source passive candidates via social platforms and databases
Familiarity with ATS platforms (PeopleSoft E‑Recruit or Oracle Taleo preferred)
Strong MS Office skills and understanding of behavioral interviewing
Highly organized with solid project management and candidate experience focus
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Willingness to travel occasionally for recruiting activities
