Role Overview
Stryten Energy is hiring in Kansas City, Missouri!

Pay rate:

$27.27 per hour.

Shift schedule:

12‑hour continental shift (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off). Day and night shift options available. Night shift workers earn an additional $1.50 per hour.

Attendance bonus:

Quarterly bonus up to $600 for perfect attendance.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

Set up and run all equipment per standard operating procedures.

Cross‑train on all functions of the operation (Casting, Punch, Material Handling).

Use strong mechanical ability to run equipment and make necessary adjustments.

Prepare daily production reports and accurate production counts.

Perform 5S tasks as needed.

Participate in training and development programs on environmental, health and safety issues, including handling hazardous materials and waste.

Perform other responsibilities and duties assigned by supervisor.

Basic math, reading, and writing skills.

Work at a fast pace.

Maintain good work record, attendance, and communication skills.

Be available to work overtime as needed.

Have experience in a mechanically related field.

Be highly motivated and able to work independently.

Complete post‑offer background check and drug screen.

High School diploma or GED preferred.

Physical Demands
Able to see, hear and speak; sit and stand for at least two hours at a time; sit, bend, crawl, squat, kneel and climb; use both arms and hands; lift 40 lbs from floor level; work below ground level in confined spaces and on stationary or mobile elevated platforms; use respirator and other PPE as required; climb stairs.

Work Environment
Able to work inside or outside the plant environment and in all climate conditions. May be exposed to lead, fumes, noise, dirt, hazards, chemicals, heat and cold. Travel as required for training, meetings with regulatory agencies and company events.
