PATIENT SERVICE COORDINATOR – DENTAL OFFICE FRONT DESK – FULL TIME

YOU WILL

Greet and register patients and family members
Manage appointments and daily schedule
Provide patients and families with appropriate forms and informational documents
Provide customer service
Escalate any issues, questions, or calls to the appropriate parties
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent
2–3 years of customer‑service experience in a high‑volume dental or medical office setting
Strong critical‑thinking and analytical skills, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheet use
PREFERRED

Strong background in a patient‑care environment
