Weekly Pay
The Shipping & Receiving Coordinator (Scalehouse) is responsible for executing all inbound and outbound truck transactions through the facility using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). This role serves as the operational control point for finished goods shipments and raw material receipts, ensuring accurate system processing, clean documentation, safe truck flow, and real‑time inventory integrity.
Core Responsibilities
Outbound Finished Goods Trucks
Process customer shipments and outbound loads in D365
Generate load tickets, bills of lading, and shipment documentation
Verify correct product, quantity, and load completion before truck departure
Inbound Raw Material Trucks
Receive and process supplier deliveries and inbound materials in D365
Validate purchase orders, material codes, weights, and receiving accuracy
Flag discrepancies or missing documentation immediately
Inventory Control & Load Accountability
Ensure all truck movements are recorded correctly in real time
Support accurate inventory levels and load traceability
Troubleshoot transaction errors, missing POs, and item mismatches
Print shipping manifests and assist with load verifications
Maintain accurate reports and documentation
Support loading, sample orders, and inventory counts as assigned
Communicate with drivers, yard leaders, and outside haulers
Qualifications
1+ year scale house clerk experience or related experience
Strong computer/data entry skills
Detail‑oriented and organized
Strong communication skills
Forklift experience/comfortability a plus

The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms, talk or hear.
