Job Description
$23.50/hr ($21.50/hr base + $2/hr shift differential)
Night Shift: Tuesday–Friday | 5:30 PM – 5:30 AM
Pen Argyl, PA

What You’ll Do
Operate a front‑end loader to keep production supplied with aggregates
Review production schedules to ensure accurate material usage
Load/unload trucks using forklifts and yard equipment
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material deliveries
Communicate with supervisors to maintain efficient production flow
Inspect materials at shift end to ensure readiness for the next team
Operate conveyors and assist with material movement as needed
Perform basic equipment checks and report maintenance issues
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications
Experience operating front‑end loaders and forklifts
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, industrial environment
Basic math skills (weights, measurements, quantities)
Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability
Team player with a strong work ethic and safety mindset
Ability to work night shift and in varying conditions
High School Diploma or GED
1+ year of experience in a similar equipment/operator role preferred
Ability to work independently and stay organized
Strong communication skills

The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms, talk or hear.
