
Box Office Ticket Agent - Full Time (Call Center LV)

Job Summary
As a Box Office Agent you will assist guests with their show ticket needs, provide information, sell and issue tickets, and promote performers and events across Caesars Entertainment venues. You will work closely with VIP Services, Promotions, and Sales departments, and serve as a Reservation Clerk as scheduled.
Responsibilities
Generate revenue by selling and issuing show tickets directly to guests at the Box Office and via telephone.
Promote performers and events throughout Caesars Entertainment venues.
Make reservations and issue tickets for off‑site ticket vendors.
Collect funds/documentation for tickets.
Respond to guest questions about the city and property, maintaining a positive, upbeat attitude.
Act as liaison to expedite guest requests and communicate with other departments.
Process show ticket transactions for guests.
Maintain a professional and courteous attitude toward all guests.
Qualifications
High‑school graduate or equivalent.
Minimum one year of customer‑service experience.
Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
Excellent phone and written communication skills.
Ability to work any day of the week and any shift in a fast‑paced environment.
Working knowledge of Ticketmaster or other ticketing systems.
Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
Ability to serve as a positive role model for the team.
