NEW Physical Therapist Outpatient Direct Hire Permanent

Salary: $45 $62/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time 8-hour days Monday Friday 8:00am 5:00pm
Relocation Bonus: Eligible (determined at time of offer)

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and functional conditions. The PT will develop individualized care plans using evidence-based interventions, provide therapeutic exercises and manual therapy, educate patients on self-management strategies, and collaborate with providers to ensure quality patient outcomes. Documentation is completed in Epic EMR.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s Degree (or equivalent) required

• Outpatient experience required

• Oregon Physical Therapist License or PT Compact Privilege required upon start

• Temporary Oregon PT license accepted (must obtain permanent license within 90 days)

• BLS (AHA) required

Schedule & Additional Details:

• Weekday outpatient clinic setting

• No call or weekends

• May float to inpatient if qualified during low census or holidays

• 1-hour patient appointment times with administrative time built into schedule

• Dress code: Business casual or scrubs
