Job Summary
Data and analytically intensive role focused on uncovering critical insights for improving risk controls, designing and implementing risk policies, and monitoring risk strategies. This role is heavily cross‑functional, requiring collaboration with various partners to establish and deliver scalable global risk management policies.
Key Responsibilities
Extract and analyze data from incidents and product analysis to uncover risk control insights.
Contribute to the creation and deployment of risk policy frameworks for credit risk, fraud prevention, and more.
Continuously track risk strategy performance and identify areas for improvement.
Partner with cross‑functional teams to establish global risk management policies.
Build strategic partnerships with business, product, engineering, and operations teams.
Must‑Have Skills
4+ years of data experience.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills, particularly with SQL.
Experience in building dashboards with Tableau.
Industry Experience
Bachelors/Masters degree in Statistics, Engineering, Operations Research, Mathematics, Risk Management, Finance or related fields.
