- FT; 2-day clinic weekly

• Call Schedule: Rotating weekend calls

- 1:4-5 weekday call & 1:4-5 weekend call

• Mid-level in Practice: In-house NP manages call from 8:30p to 6:30a

• Duties:

- Perform bedside procedures

- Rotate through OR coverage Mon-Fri

- Order, interpret & evaluate lab and diagnostic tests

- Manage ICU & cardiovascular surgical patient care, including rounding & evaluation of CVICU, floor & clinic patients



Requirements:

• Active CO License

• BC (NCCPA)

• DEA

• BLS (AHA/Red Cross)

• Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies

• At least 3 yrs of cardiac or cardiovascular surgery experience & ICU patient mgmt/experience w/ endoscopic vein harvesting & first assisting.

• Unrestricted medical staff membership with appropriate practice privileges

• Eligible to provide reimbursable services and maintain provider status w/ Medicare and Medicaid

• No current or prior sanctions or exclusions from HHS/OIG or the GSA List of Excluded Individuals and Entities
