Senior Accountant

Leeds Resources is working with a client in Tampa that is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their growing team.
This will be a contract-to-hire position.
Review A/P and A/R invoices for appropriate period, account code, documentation, and authorization
Upload invoices to 3rd party platforms as needed
Customer / vendor onboarding (verify tax and banking information)
Enter data in accounting system, ensuring accuracy and follow up
Maintain a schedule of bills to be paid timely and support cash flow statements
Run, prepare, and reconcile various financial and analytical reports
Track, record, and maintain accounting schedules
Assist with AR aging collections
Prepare files for import into accounting system
Contribute to timely month-end close
Support management in year-end audit
Minimum BA/BS in accounting, finance, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience using NetSuite
