Responsibilities
Accounts Payable
Process vendor invoices accurately and timely
Review invoices for approvals, coding, and supporting documents
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Process ACH payments, online payments, and check runs
Maintain vendor files and records
Additional Accounting Support
Reconcile company credit card statements
Assist with month-end close tasks
Improve AP and billing workflows where possible
Qualifications
Required
2+ years of Accounts Payable or Accounting experience
Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office experience
Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced office
Professional communication skills
Preferred
Experience in HVAC, construction, plumbing, or service industry
NetSuite or ERP software experience
Month-end close experience
Bilingual Spanish/English
