Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in St. Louis, MO, for an Accounts Receivable Specialist - Collections. The primary responsibilities include managing accounts receivable, overseeing invoicing and payment processing, and handling debt collection to ensure timely recovery of outstanding balances. The specialist will also maintain accurate financial records and analytics, communicate effectively with clients, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing-related issues. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of the company.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Finance
Experience in Debt Collection and Invoicing
Effective Communication skills for client and internal team interactions
Familiarity with accounting software and systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Relevant certification or a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in accounts receivable or collections is an advantage
