She Recruits is partnering with a rapidly expanding Critical Access Hospital and Level IV Trauma Center in beautiful Eastern Oregon that recently secured a $2.2M behavioral health expansion grant. This investment reflects a serious commitment to growing integrated primary care and behavioral health services across the region.
This is not a replacement role. This is expansion.
You will step into a supportive, forward-thinking environment where psychiatry is valued, funded, and integrated into the broader care model.
Practice Highlights:
• Four 10-hour days per week
• patients per day
• Scribe support for providers seeing 15+ patients daily
• 30+ exam rooms in a modern outpatient rural health clinic
• Epic EMR
• Collaborative primary care and behavioral health model

You will practice full-scope outpatient psychiatry while also serving as a clinical leader within a growing behavioral health program.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and follow-up care
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans for depression, anxiety, PTSD, substance use disorders, and complex psychiatric presentations
• Oversee pharmacologic management and medication monitoring
• Provide consultation within the Level IV Trauma Center when psychiatric expertise is needed
• Partner with primary care providers in a whole-person integrated care model
• Contribute to workforce development and clinical protocol design
• Participate in community-based mental health initiatives
Compensation & Benefits:
• $350K $385K+ total compensation
