She Recruits is partnering with a Federally Qualified Health Center delivering integrated, whole-person care across medical, behavioral health, dental, and supportive services in Pittsburgh.

This is a full-time, Monday Friday outpatient position focused on providing accessible psychiatric care to underserved populations within a structured, collaborative care model.

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and diagnosis
• Medication management and ongoing monitoring
• Development of individualized treatment plans
• Participation in quality improvement initiatives
• Collaboration with primary care, behavioral health, and care coordination teams
• EMR documentation and compliance with regulatory standards

Compensation & Benefits:
