Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in diverse commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development.
Advise sophisticated lenders (national/regional banks, debt funds, and private equity) in secured and unsecured financing.
Draft, review, and negotiate complex loan agreements, purchase agreements, and construction financing facilities.
Conduct comprehensive due diligence, including title/survey reviews and zoning analysis.
Collaborate with a global team of 700+ lawyers to ensure seamless deal execution.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Active admission to the
California Bar .
1+ years
of experience in real estate and/or finance law at a reputable law firm.
Proven experience documenting construction and term loan facilities.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $225,000 – $235,000 + Bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
