Shift/Hours: Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)

Monday and Friday remote, Tuesday – Thursday in office

Job Description
As an integral member of the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence, the Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist will collaborate closely with Recruiters, HR Managers, Hiring Managers, and both external and internal job applicants. This role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our recruitment processes, ensuring the organization continues to attract and retain top talent.

Responsibilities

Work closely with recruiters each day to address various requirements and inquiries.

Manage updates for candidates and job requisitions in our applicant tracking system (SuccessFactors).

Coordinate and adjust interview schedules as needed and manage candidate travel and accommodation following company guidelines.

Oversee the ordering, tracking, and reporting of candidate background checks, drug screens, and assessment tests.

Draft and send offer letters to candidates.

Ensure compliance with OFCCP documentation requirements.

Contribute to a positive and proactive candidate experience.

Qualifications

College degree or equivalent professional experience.

2+ years of relevant work experience.

Prior experience with interview scheduling (video and onsite with time zones and participants in different locations).

Experience with offer letter creation.

Strong attention to detail and organization.

Pay & Benefits
Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour.
