- Schedule: 7 shifts per month, 24-hour shifts (7a-7a)
Clinical Details
- Coverage Type: Inpatient
- EMR: EPIC
- Two hospitalists working simultaneously; one handles L&D, the other handles ED consults and GYN
- Patients: Inpatient and ED patients, all OB and emergent GYN
- Patient Encounters: 12-18 per 24 hours
- Support Staff: Midwives 70% of the time, working on hiring more for 24/7 coverage, and RNs
- Trauma Level: NICU level 2
- Monthly Births: Approximately 125
Requirements
- Certifications: Board Certified or Eligible OBGYN
- Vaccination: Flu and additional Occupational Health requirements
- Licensure: Accepts Active License, IMLC, Standard Process
- Minimum Commitment: 6 months
