Locum - OB Hospitalist Dover/Milford, Delaware (IMLC Accepted)Availability

- Minimum Commitment: 6 months
- Priority: Active license or IMLC LOQ for fastest start
- Shift: 24-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 AM)
- Setting: Inpatient
- Kent Campus:
- 2 hospitalists per shift:
- 1 covers L&D
- 1 covers ED consults + GYN
- Providers back each other up
- No back-to-back 24-hour shifts allowed
- 2 hospitalists per shift:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (OB/GYN) - Required
- Active Delaware License or IMLC - Accepted
- Setting: Inpatient OB Hospitalist (Laborist model)
- Cases: Standard laborist + emergent GYN
- Patient Volume: 12-18 encounters per 24-hour shift
- Monthly Volume: 125 births
- NICU Level: II
- Midwives available 70% of the time (expanding to 24/7)
- Registered Nurses on staff
- EMR: EPIC
- Reason for Coverage: Physician vacancies
