Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

OB Hospitalist - Stevens Point, Wisconsin (IMLC Accepted)

Clinical Role:Provide OB/GYN hospitalist coverage at a clinic and hospital birthing center on the same floor. Referral bonuses available for recommended candidates.

Coverage Dates

• May 11-15, 2026 (7:00 AM)
• June 27-July 3, 2026 (7:00 AM)
• July 17-24, 2026 (7:00 AM)

Schedule & Responsibilities

• 24-hour on-call coverage 6-7 days/week
• Weekday clinic: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM (4 hrs) in addition to 24-hour call
• One day per week may be 8-hour clinic only (no call; non-optional)
• Clinic patients: OB and GYN, including annuals and pessary care
• On-call duties: answer RN questions, manage EPIC in-basket messages and lab results
• EMR: Epic
• Patient Load: 0-4 patients per shift
• Beds in Department: 10

Requirements

• Licensure: Active Wisconsin license or IMLC eligibility - required
• Fellowship: Preferred
• Certifications: BLS - Required
• Trauma Level: II
• Call Type: 11 (hospitalist-style)
• Call Response Time: 30 minutes
• Credentialing: Must complete paperwork immediately due to urgent coverage need
