Manager of Business Development – New York City Market Location: On-Site, New York, NY
Reports To: Senior Vice President / Chief Commercial Officer
Position Overview Prosegur is seeking a recently retired or former law enforcement leader, ideally with NYPD experience, who has deep ties and respect within the New York City law enforcement and business community. This individual will lead sales efforts across the NYC market, leveraging their network and expertise to expand relationships, showcase Prosegur's key differentiators, and drive profitable growth.
This role requires both business development expertise and trusted law enforcement credibility. The successful candidate will serve as the “tip of the spear” for market expansion, developing tailored strategies to engage prospects, secure competitive takeaways, and build long-term client trust.
Key Responsibilities Prospect Engagement: Identify, contact, and schedule meetings with prospective clients weekly.
Market Development: Focus on competitive takeaways and evaluate incoming RFP opportunities.
Cross-Divisional Collaboration: Partner with Electronic Security, Global Risk Services, Cybersecurity, and iSOC teams to create comprehensive, meaningful solutions.
Proposal Building: Develop customized proposals showcasing Prosegur's Hybrid/Integra market approach and full-spectrum offerings.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with HR and Operations leadership to identify leads, assess talent needs, and shape local market strategies.
Security Assessments: Conduct detailed site assessments to evaluate threats, vulnerabilities, risks, and desired client outcomes.
CRM Utilization: Diligently track all client interactions in CRM to maximize visibility, accountability, and long-term sales efficiency.
Community Leadership: Represent Prosegur as a trusted advisor within the NYC law enforcement and business community, building credibility and recognition.

Additional Compensation On-Target Earnings (OTE): $200K+ (Competitive base salary, commission plan, and motor vehicle allowance)
