Job Summary:
We are seeking an Occupational Health Physician to provide high-quality care focused on employee health, workplace safety, and injury management. This is an outpatient-based role with a predictable weekday schedule, offering an excellent opportunity for physicians seeking strong work-life balance while still practicing meaningful, hands-on medicine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat work-related injuries and illnesses
• Perform pre-employment, post-offer, and annual physical examinations
• Conduct return-to-work and fitness-for-duty evaluations
• Manage workers compensation cases, including documentation and care coordination
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and workplace health regulations
• Collaborate with employers, case managers, and safety teams
• Support workplace health initiatives and injury prevention programs
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

Qualifications:

• MD or DO with an active and unrestricted California license
• Board certified or board eligible in Occupational Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related field
• DEA license (or ability to obtain)
• Experience in occupational health, urgent care, or primary care preferred
• Strong clinical and communication skills

Schedule & Work Environment:

• Monday Friday schedule
• Minimal to no call responsibilities
• Outpatient occupational health clinic setting
