Part‑Time Retail Display Installer
– Join ActionLink as a part‑time Retail Display Installer in Overland Park, KS and the surrounding area. You will enhance the retail experience by installing promotional product displays at major retail stores.

Responsibilities
Complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory
Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays
Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T‑Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel
Schedule up to 15 hours per week; availability Monday–Thursday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (no weekends or evenings)
Submit same‑day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit
Potential for additional hours if covering larger regions or traveling
Benefits
Compensation: $18.00 per hour for general merchandising projects
Higher rates for additional technical projects based on need
W‑2 Employment with bi‑weekly pay schedule and direct deposit
Optional 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match
Travel reimbursement for store‑to‑store drive time and mileage assistance
Paid training time to prepare for program success
Accrue PTO hours every week worked
Qualifications
Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience highly desirable
Versatility to handle all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory
Attention to detail: follow complex written instructions and display diagrams
Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a small team when needed
Tech‑ready: Internet access, Wi‑Fi/GPS enabled smart device with latest OS update, laptop/desktop access, and basic hand‑held tools
Must have a driver’s license, access to a personal vehicle, and be required to use their vehicle to perform responsibilities
Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs without assistance
