Responsibilities
Complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory.
Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays.
Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T‑Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel.
Schedule up to 15 hours per week, Monday‑Thursday, 8:00 am‑6:00 pm (no weekends/evenings). Additional hours possible for larger regions or traveling.
Submit same‑day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit.
Compensation & Benefits
General merchandising projects: $20.00 per hour.
Additional technical projects: higher rates based on need.
W2 Employment: bi‑weekly pay schedule with direct deposit.
Optional 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match.
Travel reimbursement for store‑to‑store drive time and mileage assistance.
Paid training time.
PTO accrual each week worked.
Qualifications
Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience highly desirable.
Versatility: handle all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory.
Attention to detail: follow complex written instructions and display diagrams.
Independence and teamwork: comfortable working independently and collaborating with a small team when needed.
Tech‑ready: internet access, Wi‑Fi/GPS enabled smart device with latest OS update, laptop/desktop access, and basic hand‑held tools.
Travel ability: valid driver's license, personal vehicle access, and required to use it to perform responsibilities.
Physical ability: stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products up to 50 lbs without assistance.
