Job Overview
Part‑time Retail Display Installer at ActionLink in Delafield, WI and surrounding area. 20 hours a week, Monday‑Friday 8:00 am‑6:00 pm, no evenings or weekends.
Responsibilities
Store visits: complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory.
Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays.
Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T‑Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel.
Schedule up to 20 hours per week, with availability Monday‑Friday 8:00 am‑6:00 pm (no weekends/evenings).
Potential for additional hours when covering larger regions or traveling.
Submit same‑day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit.
Benefits & Compensation
Compensation: $17.00 per hour for general merchandising projects.
Higher rates for additional technical projects, based on need.
W‑2 employment with bi‑weekly pay schedule and direct deposit.
Optional 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match.
Travel reimbursement for store‑to‑store drive time and mileage assistance.
Paid training time to prepare for program success.
Accrue PTO hours every week worked.
Qualifications
Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience desirable.
Versatility to handle all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory.
Attention to detail – follow complex written instructions and display diagrams.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a small team when needed.
Tech‑ready: internet access, Wi‑Fi/GPS enabled smart device with latest OS, laptop/desktop access, and basic hand‑held tools.
Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle (will be required for role).
Physical ability: stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
