What You'll be Doing.

Prospect and win new business through outreach, networking, meetings, and referrals.

Build and nurture long-term client relationships with room to upsell.

Attend industry events, conferences, and local networking opportunities.

Deliver consultative sales presentations that convert.

Manage a healthy pipeline and consistently hit monthly targets.

What We're Looking For.

2+ years of B2B sales experience

Confident with cold calling, phone outreach, and in-person presentations.

Relationship-driven with a track record of hitting targets.

Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-focused.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Legal industry exposure is a plus - not a dealbreaker.

OTE year1: $100 000 - $120 000+(Base salary + uncapped commission)
