What You’ll Do
Prepare and test production samples using approved laboratory methods and procedures.
Perform color evaluations and visual comparisons to established standards.
Conduct testing including viscosity, spectrophotometry (UV/VIS), GC/FID, particle size analysis, Karl Fischer moisture analysis, and related wet chemistry techniques as trained.
Accurately record and enter test results into designated systems and databases.
Assist with calibration, cleaning, and routine maintenance of laboratory equipment.
Communicate test findings clearly to Quality and Production teams.
Support continuous improvement and team-based problem-solving initiatives.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant laboratory environment.

A safety-first mindset with consistent adherence to PPE and laboratory protocols.
Ability to follow established procedures and testing methods.
Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Basic math skills for measuring, weighing, and verifying material quantities.
Education & Experience
High School Diploma required.
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field preferred.
0–12 months of laboratory or manufacturing experience preferred.
Training is provided.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
Frequent standing and walking during an 8-hour shift.
Occasional kneeling or bending during equipment cleaning or adjustments.
Lifting up to 50 lbs.
Exposure to heat, solvents, airborne particles, and production materials.
Routine use of laboratory instruments and testing equipment.
Strict adherence to PPE and safety procedures.
