Basic Qualifications

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.

Experience working with multiple functions simultaneously to execute a program or project, including: Program Management, Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Planning, Finance or Operations.

Control Account Manager (CAM) or similar experience, including Earned Value Management (EVM) tracking, reporting and Variance Analysis (VAR) writing.

Experience managing performance metrics.

Tableau familiarity with ability to effectively utilize data.

US Citizen (no dual citizenship) with the ability to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, and successful completion of a drug and background check.

Job Description
What does this role look like? This is a dual role as Control Account Manager (CAM) Associate Manager and CAM for the Avionics Directorate/Function. As a CAM and Associate Manager you will also be the Organizational Breakdown Structure (OBS) Manager for all assigned control accounts and assist other CAMs at the Titusville location. This includes leading and monitoring the CAMs through weekly and monthly technical, cost, and schedule business rhythms in addition to their planning, budgeting, and variance reporting. The successful candidate will support and assist leadership with day‑to‑day operations and status reporting, and will gather and provide financial information as required by the CAM Manager or higher leadership.

As a CAM for a program directorate and one or more Work Breakdown Elements, you will be responsible for cost, schedule, and technical performance of a product(s) within the FBM portfolio. You will own all aspects from design through delivery. The Product Owner will oversee daily tasking across a multi‑functional team including engineering, supply chain, contracts, finance, planning and production. This position will be CAM of record for one or more control accounts associated with that product. You will work closely with Certified Principal Engineers, Responsible System Engineers, Resource Analysts, Planning, and Supplier Management teams to resolve technical issues, budget, track, and estimate cost, schedule and status progress.

The role is challenging, but also very rewarding with significant potential for exposure on this high‑visibility, fast‑moving and complex program and for career advancement in the Program Management function.

Daily Responsibilities

Cost, technical, and schedule execution for selected projects, focusing on meeting delivery commitment dates and budget targets.

Resolve programmatic challenges within your scope and establish risk mitigation activities.

Support the overall programmatic business rhythm for baseline management, monthly reporting, status and communication, and overall EVM performance of your span of control, including generation of monthly VARs.

Develop a baseline plan and manage overall execution of support organizations needed for program success, such as Supplier Management Operations, Engineering, Finance and Planning.

Coordinate staffing requirements for your program scope with the program leadership team for consolidation of total program requirements.

Report and brief to the Director and/or managers at recurring reviews within the program business rhythm.

Promote an environment of continuous improvement and digital transformation within your program scope and the Titusville CAM community.

Desired Skills

Previous Basis of Estimate (BOE) generation experience.

Risk and opportunity management development and tracking experience.
