We are seeking experienced Event & Banquet Staff for an upcoming event with a high-end catering company.
Requirements:
Previous banquet or event experience required
Professional appearance and demeanor
Bartenders must be confident setting up and managing their own bar
Job Summary:
Event & Banquet Staff are responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by supporting event setup, service, and breakdown. Each role plays a key part in ensuring smooth operations, high-quality service, and overall guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up banquet areas according to event layout and safety standards
Provide professional food and beverage service
Assist with serving, clearing, and resetting tables
Support bar setup, service, and breakdown (bartenders)
Maintain cleanliness of front and back of house areas
Deliver food efficiently from kitchen to guestsFollow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Monitor guest needs and provide timely service
Assist with event breakdown and cleanup
Work collaboratively with team members and event leads
Qualifications:
Banquet, catering, or hospitality experience required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
Flexible availability for early shifts and event schedules
Ability to stand for long periods and lift equipment as needed
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Additional Role Requirements:
Bartenders:
Must be able to set up and manage a bar independently
Lead Servers:
Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
BOH/Sanitation:
Experience with cleaning and sanitation standards is a plus
