This Gastroenterology locums opportunity in Petoskey, Michigan offers hospital-based clinic and endoscopy coverage with ERCP requirements in a well-supported setting. The schedule provides weekday daytime coverage with weekend-only 24-hour call and no weekday night call. The facility prefers local, drive-in providers and offers strong onsite resources.

• Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM

  • Weekend call only: 24-hour coverage on Saturday/Sunday

  • No weekday night call

• Practice Setting: Hospital-based GI clinic and endoscopy

• Daily Volume:

• • 18 outpatient scopes

  • 20 inpatient scopes

• Coverage Includes:

  • Endoscopy procedures

  • GI consults during clinic hours (7:00 AM - 4:30 PM)

• Physician Support: 2 physicians

• APP Support: 2 APPs

• Hospital Resources:

  • All services onsite

  • Onsite laboratory

  • Onsite X-ray

• EMR: Cerner

• Board Certified Required, willing to review Truly BE providers

• ERCP experience - required

• ACLS - required

• Active Michigan medical license & CSR at time of submission - required, no exceptions

• Local candidates (driving in) - required

• IMLC:

  • Dates of availability must be 60+ days out

  • Must be able to provide LOQ for IMLC

• Clean background with no actions

  • Minimum malpractice history is acceptable
