A leading health system is seeking a Hematologist-Oncologist for a locum-to-permanent opportunity with ongoing coverage.
- 100% Adults
- 95% clinic; 5% hospital
- 70% Oncology; 30% Hematology
- EPIC EMR
- Avg patient census: 22/day; 2-3 new consults
Requirements:
- Board Certified is required
- Hematology/Oncology Fellowship is required
- KY State License will be highly preferred
- COVID Vaccination is required
- BLS & ACLS is required
- Outpatient/Inpatient Hem/Onc is required
- Intrathecal Chemotherapy is required
- Intracavitary Chemotherapy will be highly preferred
- A Self-Query NPDB report is required at the time of presentation (Should be pulled within 30 days) is required .
