Physician in Practice: 2; 3 Mid-Levels

Support Staff:

- 1 PA-C, 2 APRNs, 5 consultative RNs

- 6 infusion RNs, 1 Research RN

Procedures:

- Required: Intrathecal Chemotherapy

- Preferred: Intracavitary Chemotherapy

Office Equipment:

- 2 Hematology Analyzers for CBCs

- Serum Chemistry for CMPs etc

Chemotherapy delivery onsite

Active KY License

BC

BLS, ACLS

Hematology/Oncology Fellowship
