Encore Talent Solutions is currently seeking a Desktop Support Specialist for a 3-6 month contract position located in the Dublin, OH area. The position will be located onsite 5 days a week in the Columbus office.
Key Responsibilities
Ability to analyze logs within multiple Microsoft applications to resolve user issues
Hardware and software support
Qualifications
3+ years of MS Windows desktop operating system deployment experience required.
Windows 11 desktop operating systems deployment and support experience required.
Experience in using ITSM systems like ServiceNow is a plus.
