Position Overview
The Manager, Logistics – Transportation Business Process will join the ERP+ project team as part of the functional business for the Logistics Tower representing transportation processes across both SAP and edge applications. They will work across other functional areas including Omni-Channels Sales, Master Data, Sourcing, Finance, IT and other partners. The position covers the EMEA and North America phases of the ERP+ Project, estimated April 2026 – June 2028.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Overarching champion adoption of industry best practices and SAP's pre-configured industry standards. Identify essential business capabilities, define outcomes and processes, and motivate others to implement efficient and transformative improvements. Identify gaps in the process or technical areas of the TO‑BE solution to create mitigation plans. Embrace change and act as a transformation champion. Prepare teams for mobilization, educate and listen, and represent findings. Identify training needs and build effective relationships while influencing change and communicating briefly, including executive summaries.

Design & Build

Make design decisions and escape as needed.

Provide input to configuration and RICEFW designs.

Review and approve functional design documents.

Support test team in test planning, functional unit testing, and attend system demos.

Review and approve training curriculum.

Drive change‑management activities and support end‑user adoption.

Own accuracy of data and data‑cleaning efforts for data migration.

Define business cutover procedures and readiness plans.

Communicate with external partners to design, build, and test functionality where required.

Test

Prioritize business scenarios for testing, review and approve test execution results.

Identify golden test data set.

Plan and lead UAT.

Approve learning content and provide input on readiness plans.

Validate mock data loads.

Support end‑user role mapping.

Deploy

Execute cutover tasks.

Validate dress rehearsal and production data load.

Train end users.

Provide Go‑Live support and ramp‑up assistance.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience, including both organizational leadership roles and executing small and large‑scale strategic initiatives.

Transportation expertise within a global, multi‑regional fashion or consumer goods environment including freight bookings, carrier assignment, freight forwarders, rate/lane optimization, transport documentation, import/export management, PO/ASN/EDI workflows, track & trace, and delivery forecasting.

Exceptional written and oral communication skills, adept at translating complex concepts into actionable plans.

Pragmatic, problem‑solving, thrives under pressure, excels at multitasking, decisive, timely, and authoritative.

Strong strategic vision and comfortable taking a hands‑on approach to achieve results.

Experience with leading transportation management systems including ERP, TMS, FMS, FAP, VMS, and EDI.
