- Certified CRNA
- June 2026 start
- 8-hour, 10-hour and 12-hour shift options ( 7:00a-3:00p, 7:00a-5:00p or 7:00a-7:00p)
- Very rarely will locums take call
- Types of cases: All specialties
- Ability to work independently required
- EMR used is EPIC
- Active WI license, and clean malpractice required
- Competitive hourly rate, travel and lodging provided as needed
