Temp - Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long Term Care (LTC)

Required Skills:

• Valid and active LVN/LPN licensure in the state of practice
• Proven experience in Long Term Care or similar settings
• Strong knowledge of medication administration, wound care, and resident monitoring
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Nice to Have Skills:

• Certification in CPR and First Aid
• Experience with wound vacs and gastrostomy/jejunostomy feedings
• Leadership skills or prior supervisory experience
• Bilingual abilities to better serve diverse resident populations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Licensed as an LVN/LPN with a minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Long Term Care or a closely related field
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing nursing practices and medication safety

Other Requirements:

• Own reliable transportation; location is in a rural area with limited public transit options
• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours and shifts
• Certification in CPR and First Aid (preferred prior to start)
• Willingness to perform on-call or overtime as needed
