
Enterprise Program Manager

Overview
The Enterprise Program & Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering large-scale, cross-functional programs aligned with organizational strategy. This role ensures governance, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and successful delivery of multiple interdependent projects.
Responsibilities
Program Management: Lead enterprise-wide programs with multiple projects and stakeholders; Define program scope, objectives, and success metrics; Align programs with business strategy and organizational goals
Project Delivery: Plan, execute, and monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources; Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget; Implement Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies as required
Governance & Reporting: Establish program governance frameworks and standards; Track KPIs, milestones, and deliverables; Provide regular status reports to leadership and stakeholders; Ensure compliance with organizational policies
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leadership, business units, and technical teams; Manage expectations and resolve conflicts; Drive decision-making and accountability
Risk & Financial Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across programs; Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution; Maintain risk registers and contingency plans; Oversee budgets, forecasting, and cost optimization; Track financial performance and ROI
Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional and geographically distributed teams; Mentor project managers and team members; Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field
MBA preferred (for senior roles)
Experience
8–15+ years in project/program management
Experience managing enterprise-scale initiatives
Proven track record of delivering complex programs
Certifications (Preferred)
PMP (Project Management Professional)
PgMP (Program Management Professional)
PRINCE2
Agile/Scrum certifications
Core Skills
Strong leadership and communication
Strategic thinking and problem-solving

Budgeting and financial acumen
