Project Manager II
Project Manager who will develop and maintain integrated program roadmaps, timelines, and dependency plans.
The opportunity
Define program vision, objectives, scope, and success metrics in alignment with business goals.
Oversee execution of multiple projects within the program, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality adherence.
Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, product owners, engineering leaders, and vendors.
Manage program budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
Identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks.
Apply Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or Hybrid delivery models as appropriate.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
8+ years of experience in program or project management for large-scale technology initiatives.
Proven experience managing multi-project programs with complex dependencies.
Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
Hands‑on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP, PgMP, SAFe Agilist, or Agile certification.
Experience in retail, e-commerce, supply chain, or enterprise transformation programs.
Experience working with global teams and system integrators.
Strong understanding of data, integration, cloud, and enterprise platforms.

Compensation Range
$102,000 – $153,000 per year
Benefits
Full‑time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro‑rated for new hires), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
