Responsibilities Strategic Guest Relations: Identify, contact, and coordinate with Admissions Officers and Student Ambassadors from top U.S. universities to schedule live interview sessions.
Live Broadcast Execution: Full ownership of the live stream studio setup, including lighting, audio engineering, and streaming software (OBS/TikTok Live Studio) to ensure a high-definition, professional viewer experience.
Real-time Operations: Act as the "Control Room Manager" during live sessions—managing product/link overlays, monitoring audience engagement metrics, and handling real-time troubleshooting.
Content Transformation: Post-process live recordings into high-impact short-form videos for social media platforms. This includes precision editing, subtitling, and trend-focused storytelling.
Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as retention rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion funnels to refine broadcasting.
Qualifications Work Authorization: Must have valid U.S. work authorization (U.S. Citizen, Green Card, or EAD).
Bilingual Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in Mandarin Chinese and professional-level English is required to coordinate with U.S. officials and Chinese audiences.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut Pro) and live streaming tools.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to represent the company professionally when engaging with university representatives.
