Job Description
Organization Development Practitioner (Contract)
Location: Mobile Manufacturing Site (MMS), Mobile, Alabama.
This is a temporary contract position with no specified time period; it may be extended or shortened as needed. The role supports the site’s Culture Evolution Agenda, focusing on leadership development, change readiness, and employee engagement across global, regional, and site-level initiatives.
Responsibilities
Undertake projects and activities that develop leaders on site for business deliverables.
Educate managers and HR Business Partners on Airbus values, leadership model, and tools and resources available to develop themselves and their teams.
Assist in various HR-related projects and initiatives as a team member or project team lead.
Run workshops on topics that create awareness of the Culture Evolution agenda for the site.
Develop channels and communications for change initiatives, including communication plans targeting email, intranet, presentations, face-to-face, paper, and social media with messages designed for target audiences.
Design or assist with measurement and reporting of progress.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or related field OR commensurate prior experience in Organizational Development or Change Management functions.
3+ years of related experience in Organizational Development and/or Human Resources environments, Managing and Influencing, and Designing and facilitating workshops.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment is highly desired.
