Shift Description:
Monday Friday, 8am-5pm
Clinic and Infusion Center settings

Requirements:
Board Certified or Board Eligible
Fellowship
Must be licensed in California
ACLS, DEA

Assignment Details:
MD oversight for both Clinic and Infusion Services
Clinic duties include diagnosis, staging, symptom management, and treatment
Infusion Center duties include chemotherapy, immunotherapy, blood/platelet transfusions, hormone therapy, antibiotic therapy, rheumatoid arthritis injections, and therapeutic phlebotomies
EMR: iKnowmed (Clinic) and Cerner (Infusion)
Midlevel provider to help with patient flow, orders, etc.
Support staff includes 11 RNs (1 clinic and 10 infusion) and 2 MAs
Average patients per day: 15-20
Estimated credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days
