Material Handler – Mojave, CA
Starting Pay: $24.25
Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday thru Friday (training shift may vary)
Responsibilities
Receive, store, and distribute material, tools, equipment, and products.
Load and unload product to/from delivery vehicles and designated storage areas.
Convey materials from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas.
Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence.
Operate propane or electric powered forklift truck to move, stack, load or unload materials, parts, finished goods, etc.
Load/unload trucks; ensure shipments comply with carrier, customer, and regulatory requirements.
Communicate with purchasing, warehouse, and AP teams to resolve discrepancies.
Ensure proper routing of goods to storage, production, or distribution areas.
Weigh chemicals for production according to scheduling.
Receive incoming goods from suppliers or other distribution centers.
Inspect for damage and verify quantities; communicate to cross-functional departments.
Qualifications
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day.
Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
Will be required to wear a respirator/PPE.
