
Recruiter Generalist

Position Summary
The HR Recruiter and Generalist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process while supporting a wide range of human resources functions. This role plays a key part in attracting top talent, enhancing employee experience, and ensuring HR operations align with company policies and employment regulations. The ideal candidate is both people-focused and process-driven, with strong communication and organizational skills.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage full-cycle recruiting, from identifying hiring needs to extending job offers
Source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, social media, job boards, company website and career fairs
Post and manage job listings across multiple channels
Conduct phone screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and refine job descriptions
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
Other duties as assigned
HR Generalist Duties
Support onboarding processes, including background checks and new hire orientation
Assist with employee relations by addressing questions, concerns, and workplace issues
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
Support benefits administration and general training initiatives
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and best practices
Other duties as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or HR Generalist
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases
Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and hiring best practices
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Frequently moves, lifts, or carries office products, supplies, or parcels weighing up to 20 pounds. Occasionally
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
