What You Bring
7+ years of HR experience in a
generalist or HRBP role
Strength in
employee relations and leadership coaching
Solid knowledge of
California employment law
Experience supporting
operational or field-based teams
Ability to balance
strategy and execution
in a fast‑paced environment
