Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead all maintenance activities at our facilities. Responsibilities include improving functionality and reliability of all production and facility equipment (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems), managing and scheduling facility and equipment work, performing preventative maintenance, developing safety processes, managing budgets, preparing reports, selecting suppliers, negotiating with service companies, training staff, supervising the maintenance team, maintaining staffing levels, and responding to emergency alarms.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or military.

Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.

Knowledge of wiring, electrical, electronic components, pipe systems, plumbing, and machinery.

Experience in maintenance management (planning, scheduling, budgeting, negotiating, parts and vendor management) and maintenance management systems.

Ability to read maintenance literature in English.

Experience with blueprints.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet/intranet.

Ability to stand for up to 7 hours of an 8‑hour shift.

Ability to be on call 24 hours per day.

High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred

Boiler knowledge.

HVAC experience.

Experience with welding (MIG, TIG, ARC, cutting, brazing).

Reliability certifications such as CPMM or CRMP.
