Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead all maintenance activities at Cintas facilities. The role focuses on improving the functionality and reliability of production and facility equipment, managing work assignments, conducting preventative maintenance, implementing safety procedures, budgeting, reporting, supplier evaluation, training, supervision, and emergency response.

Improve functionality and reliability of all production and facility equipment, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems and components.

Manage and schedule all facility and equipment work assignments.

Perform and schedule all preventative maintenance assignments.

Develop and implement safety processes and procedures.

Manage building, equipment, capital expenditures, parts and labor budgets.

Prepare maintenance reports.

Identify and evaluate parts suppliers, negotiate with internal and external service companies.

Conduct training for maintenance staff.

Supervise and mentor the maintenance team.

Maintain staffing levels and respond to emergency alarms.

Qualifications
Required

Minimum 5 years’ experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or in the military.

Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience.

Equipment knowledge: wiring, electrical, electronic components, pipe systems and plumbing, machinery.

Maintenance management experience: planning, scheduling, budgeting, negotiating, parts management, vendor management, and maintenance management systems.

Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English.

Experience with blueprints and ability to read them.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and intranet/internet.

Ability to stand for up to 7 hours of an 8‑hour shift.

Ability to be on call 24 hours per day.

High School Diploma/GED.

Preferred

Boiler knowledge.

HVAC experience.

Prior experience performing welding activities, including MIG, TIG, ARC, cutting and brazing.

Reliability certification (e.g., CPMM or CRMP).

Compensation
Base salary range: $80,300 – $103,400 per year. This range considers experience, skills, and business needs. Typical hires are not placed at the top of the range; compensation decisions are based on individual circumstances.
