What You’ll Do
Welcome patients and create a strong first impression
Schedule appointments and help manage daily clinic flow
Answer phones and communicate clearly with patients
Assist with front desk and administrative duties
Support a fun, professional, and upbeat clinic atmosphere
Provide excellent customer service in both English and Spanish
What We’re Looking For
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Strong people and communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Dependable, organized, and able to multitask
Positive attitude and team-player mindset
Healthcare, chiropractic, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation
Starting pay: $16 per hour
Pay is negotiable based on experience, skills, and overall fit
