Summary
We are looking for a motivated Maintenance Mechanic who are capable of performing a multitude of functions in a flexible, fast-paced production environment. Our workplace requires individuals who understand the needs of the business while maintaining a focus on safety, customer satisfaction, quality and productivity.

Pay Rate: $40.27/hr

Category / Shift
Hourly Full-Time – Must be flexible to work all three shifts, work 12 hours as needed, and Saturdays as needed.

Morning: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm

Swing: 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm

Graveyard: 11:00 pm – 7:00 am

Physical location: Elk Grove Box Plant, 10268 Waterman Road, Elk Grove, CA 95624

Key Accountabilities (Position Requirements)
Specific responsibilities include maintaining production equipment to optimize machine efficiencies through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of machines. Other required skills include troubleshooting skills in industrial, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical failures and the aptitude to correct those failures, boiler operations and steam systems. Accurately completing administrative documents and following directions. Demonstrated technical experience, reliability and the ability to work independently. The ability to work in confined spaces and heights. Must be willing to work alternative shifts, weekends and overtime as required. Other duties as assigned by the Manager and/or Supervisor.

Qualifications
High school diploma (or equivalent). Five (5) years of maintenance experience.

Experienced in LOTT (preferred).

Apprenticeship certification and/or technical degree (preferred).

Maintenance Experience in Similar Manufacturing Environment (preferred).
